The brew masters goal at Chehalem Valley Brewing is to brew a wide variety of the finest handcrafted ales using the highest quality ingredients. Both Paul and John have a long history of brewing. In fact, many of their recipes are based on their home brewing experiences and stems from a desire to create world class beers for local tastes.

Their love of beer and brewing has led them to the inevitable, opening a microbrewery in their hometown. Using a macro brewing system has provided them with the opportunity to experiment and develop a wide variety of tasty brews.
